Construction Consultant

Kai Khammanivong has been a construction consultant since 2002 with broad experience in Architectural forensics, construction litigation, dealing with a variety of building types including single family homes, condominiums, and high-rise buildings. His work includes site inspection surveying of construction defects, review of construction documents, claim analysis, data compilation and analysis, and developing repair scopes.

Mr. Khammanivong has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University, Columbus Ohio.
